They are expensive. Costing anywhere from $25 to $60 per phone call. But let’s break down why this investment is worth it.

Assume a $50 cost per lead. If you close 50% of your leads, you pay $100 to acquire 1 customer. Sounds pricey? Think of it as an investment.

If your cleaning fee is $100, you break even after one cleaning and profit after two. Ignoring costs like gas, mileage, and supplies for simplicity, that $100 investment can turn into significant revenue.

If a customer stays with you for 12 months with 2 cleanings per month, that $100 investment could yield $2,400 in revenue and $2,300 in profit. That math makes a ton of sense to me.
