Dress the Part: Business casual, not cleaning clothes. No shorts or t-shirts.

Lead the Conversation: Ask questions, explain your process, and show you’re running a legitimate business.
Walk them through everything—supplies, laundry, same-day turns. Make it clear you’ve got the experience to make their life easier.

Follow-Up: Seal the Deal
