How many of you have a dashboard that you update weekly? It’s important to track your stats and know where your business is headed. If you don’t, you’ll look up in a few months and wonder where all your money has gone!
Tracking your numbers each week can be simple and take 5-10 minutes. Here is a look at the metrics (free download) I track each week to ensure we’re headed in the right direction:
A word of advice, don’t just track sales, track profit. Yes, sales are important, but if you give away $0.95 for every $1 you bring in, you won’t get very far. Tracking profit and sales together is powerful.
